Responsiveness

Responsiveness around concerns related to Congress should be public and transparent.

How many concerns related to criminal justice and Congress members were raised, how many were addressed? These can be detailed with de-identification and limited data, if intelligence deems it necessary.

How many concerns related to Congressional ethics were raised, by what types of reporters (individuals, groups, colleagues, staffers, the public) and by what types of ethics concerns?

How many concerns were unfounded and how many appear to be a lack of public knowledge or education around the concern?

How many concerns were unfounded or not acted upon, because the current laws allow for ethics violations? In essence, how many concerns went unaddressed in the eyes of those who reported it, simply because the country does not educate its citizens on current laws and loopholes for Congressional, equal Americans?

What patterns of reported concerns warrant a further review of processes and operations?

How is anticipatory behavior or anticipatory response shaping ethics and criminal justice avoidance for Congressional members?

Responsiveness around concerns related to Congress should be public and transparent. Anything less is negligent and hazardous. It’s as simple as that.
